Shipping, Returns & Warranty Policy
Shipping
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, during normal business hours:
8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (PST)
Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.
International Shipping & Customs Duties
For orders shipped outside of Canada, import duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or tariffs may be charged by your local government or shipping carrier upon delivery.
Every country has different import rules and regulations. We recommend checking with:
• Your country’s customs or government website
• The carrier’s website (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS, Canada Post)
Pinball Parts Factory does not collect or estimate international duties, taxes, or VAT, and these charges are not included in the shipping costs shown at checkout.
By completing an order on our website, you agree that you are responsible for any additional import fees imposed by customs authorities or shipping carriers before delivery.
Declared Values & Customs Forms
We do not modify customs forms or declare reduced values.
All shipments are sent with a commercial invoice stating the actual value of the contents, in full compliance with Canadian and international shipping laws.
Requests to undervalue shipments or misrepresent contents are illegal and will not be accommodated.
Warranty Policy
• Electronic components (including boards and similar items) are covered by a 90-day warranty
• All other products are covered by a 6-month warranty
Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects only and does not include damage caused by misuse, improper installation, modification, or normal wear and tear.
Returns & Refunds
Damaged or Defective Items
Damaged or defective merchandise may be returned within 5 business days of the delivery date for a full refund.
Change-of-Mind Returns
If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return the item within 5 business days of delivery, provided that:
• The item is unused and not been installed
• The item is in new, resellable condition
• You are responsible for return shipping costs
All items must be returned before a refund is issued.
This policy applies to both Canadian and international orders.
We do not offer exchanges. Please return unwanted items and place a new order for replacements.
Return Authorization (RMA)
An RMA number is not required.
Please include a copy of your original receipt (or order confirmation email) inside the return package and clearly note the reason for return.
Refunds are typically processed within 2 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
Shipping costs are reimbursed only if an error was made on our part.
Our return address can be found on your receipt, or Contact Us for the address.
International Returns
Customers outside of Canada may return items within 5 business days of delivery.
We offer a money-back guarantee only, not replacement shipments.
If items were missing or mis-picked, a refund will be issued for the affected item(s) once the issue has been verified. Items will not be reshipped.
